Frank Long, An experienced Realtor from Colorado, who has traded in the snow shovel for a tropical paradise. Frank has previously held a Colorado Real Estate Brokers License, and operates this business in a manner North Americans have come to expect back home.

Will Charpentier, A local bilingual Costa Rican (Tico), who has lived in the Puriscal district his entire life, except for the time he was an exchange student in the US. Will has a detailed knowledge of the area, and although he cannot claim to know everyone in town, he at least knows their cousin.
